Diya has achieved “The Science of Well-Being” certification from Yale University USA.
She has been helping people recognize counterproductive behaviours and coaching them to discover new methods to move more, eat better and make healthier decisions for themselves and their families for the last two years.
In her work, she teaches people how to create balanced eating habits for life using mindful eating to cultivate a positive relationship with food, maintain a balanced weight, and joyfully nourish themselves with ease.
